Frances McCue's works include the books TIMBER CURTAINS, THE BLED, THE STENOGRAPHER'S BREAKFAST, THE CAR THAT BROUGHT YOU HERE STILL RUNS, and the documentary WHERE THE HOUSE WAS; she is the founder of Hugo House, a community arts center in the heart of Seattle, Washington; McCue practices poetry and prose, scholarship and non-fiction, she is a poet, writer, teacher and art instigator living in Seattle.
