Winner of the 2018 Tomaž Šalamun Prize. The Tomaž Šalamun Prize is given for a chapbook by a poet at any stage of their career. The winner receives $500, publication of the chapbook by Factory Hollow Press, and a one-month residency at the Tomaž Šalamun Center for Poetry in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The next deadline is March 15, 2019.

Nathan Hoks is the author of Reveilles and The Narrow Circle, winner of the 2012 National Poetry Series. He lives in Chicago with his family, and teaches at Loyola University Chicago and the University of Chicago. He is also a printer and editor for Convulsive Editions, a micro-press that publishes broadsides and chapbooks.
